What is 100% Max Vision®?

100% Max Vision® Pinlock® lenses are developed for visors with a cavity. The 100% Max Vision® cavity is a recessed area in the visor in which the Pinlock® lens fits perfectly. The cavity in the visor ensures that the Pinlock® lens can provide an optimal coverage without interference with the rubber trim. Therefore, the Pinlock® lens is able to cover a bigger part of the visor.

Slit

The 100% Max Vision® slit has a different shape compared to the regular Pinlock® lens. 100% Max Vision® has a wider slit, which allows the lens to be seated directly against the cavity edge even when the eccentric pins are turned. Below you can see a representation of a 100% Max Vision® slit.
