The Pinlock® lens seems too big
You can try to turn the pins ‘outwards’, so the indicators (little arrows) on the pins point away from each other. This gives a new lens just that bit more space that it might need to seal properly.
The Pinlock® lens seems too small
You can try to turn the pins ‘inwards’, so the indicators on the pins point to each other. This reduces the distance between the pins and would apply more pressure on the lens. Another option would be to flex the visor so that the lens has enough space to settle.
