How Can We Help?
Before installing the Pinlock® lens make sure the visor is clean.
Step 1
Remove the visor from the helmet as shown in the helmet manufacturers’ instruction. The pins have an eccentric design to adjust the tension on the lens. Make sure that the pin indicator (little arrow) is facing outwards when installing a new lens.
Step 2
Flex the visor as flat as possible and place the Pinlock® lens with the silicone seal facing the visor, between the two pins. Make sure the silicone seal is in full contact with the visor.
Step 3
Remove the protective film from the Pinlock® lens.
Step 4
Fit the visor back on the helmet and enjoy your fog-free ride!
