All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us, to maintain security and prevent fraud. All transactions will be completed by ADYEN. On your bank statement you will see Pinlock Systems BV.

MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa are services that password-protect your card details and to give added security when you shop online.

They allow you to create a unique password which can be used every time you use your card online. To register for MasterCard SecureCode/Verified by Visa all you need to do is follow the instructions next time you place an order with us. Alternatively, you can sign up by contacting the bank/card issuer that issued your card directly.

You’ll be asked to create a password once you decide to register. You only need to do this once then whenever you use the card online you will be asked to enter the password when you check out.

PayPal acts like a digital wallet where you can safely store all payment options such as your bank account or credit card details. You will be charged once the incoming payment is registered with us. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes. You will not be charged any fees except for the shipping fees.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

iDEAL payments are very safe for consumer and supplier. During the payment-process Ideal will use a secured web-environment. On the iDEAL webpage, you’ll have to choose a bank or financial institution. All the Dutch banks are available in iDeal.

Payments by international (or non-Dutch) banks can also be fulfilled with iDEAL, if the bank has an iDEAL licence. An international bank with this license is a.o. Royal Bank of Scotland.

The Mister Cash (Bancontact) debit card is a popular payment method in Belgium and the most commonly used card in that country.

Sofort is a real-time online banking payment service available to customers who have a bank account in Germany, Austria, Belgium or the Netherlands. The key benefit of Sofort, compared to normal credit transfer is the instant confirmation of the order sent to the merchant allowing an instant delivery of services.

For Pinlock, the security of online purchases is fundamental. All transactions are performed through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.
