DELIVERY OPTIONS

Pinlock delivers to customers worldwide*

SHIPPING METHOD

All our deliveries are made possible by DHL Express Delivery. They provide the On Demand Delivery service, allowing you to adjust the place and time of your delivery.

Please be aware that our carrier partner does not deliver to a depot or PO Boxes.
All items are insured by Pinlock until they have been delivered at your address. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery. We will then arrange a new shipment as soon as the package is returned to us.

TRACKING INFORMATION

As soon as we ship your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

FAQ

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
For security reasons and to protect our customers credit details, we don’t ship to PO boxes.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT CHARGES?
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
What should I check upon delivery of my goods?
The courier will deliver your goods, provided that you sign the delivery slip. You should then check the item(s) for quality and accuracy. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery and contact our customer support.
*Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site.
